Pros

If you like to brown nose, it might be a good place for you. Nice office space. Casual dress code. Company contribution to benefits is decent and good 401k match.

Cons

Source Support has poor leadership & that is putting it lightly. They are playing business and trying to act like they belong in the big leagues, but it's all just a game / front. The company shows signs of distress & does nothing but ask more & more of employees with nothing in return unless of course you are one of the chosen few. The new CEO is narcissistic and self-serving & has no idea what the truth even is. They are lying to employees, customers, vendors. They have minimal training, policies, processes or procedures, but will reprimand employees for not following non-existent processes. The resources and training provided do not allow for success.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. The new Management that is trying to change how Source Support does business.

Cons

The under staffing and lack of a hardware training environment can make the most knowledgeable team member look incompetent. There are too many people that are afraid to embrace the changes that at are coming down the pipe. Pay!!!

Pros

Close to downtown Suwanee and Mall of Georgia

Cons

Low wages. Unless your friends with upper management, you have no chance of advancement. Everyone is expected to work long hours, take after hours phone, and you're not even thanked for it. This place is a revolving door and people that have a choice will not stay there very long. One employee quitting per month, in a company with less than forty employees.
