One word pathetic

Pros

No pros only Politics and favoritism.

Cons

There were few good senior minds in the company for project management but also left due to the politics that was started by the political mind. Few other freshers joined who used to work day and night for the company but they also left due to the bad political influence and overburden. Being a developer it is not tough for people to get a job but the attitude and how these guys asked so many employees to leave was not a mark of a good company. The company is in a bad shape and doing cost cutting but the cost cutting does not seem to happen in the HR dept. So many good reviews are only to counter the real scene going in the company.

Not even a single thing is perfect here except time flexiblity.

I got really disappinted to be a part of sourcefuse not only me each and every employ are unhappy because of your christmas party or whatever it was, Recently you fired more than 25 peoples in just one month, everyone knows that they got fired because they were highly paid employ of our company. What you did in christmas 'secret santa' is this a way to save your money? The whole year they were doing their best for your company not for ourself but when we were hoping a small party from our company WHAT YOU DID for your employs! Its really a baniya shop, management have nothing to do with anyone , the only thing is management knowa is how to save money. This is for higher management are you guys really MBA's if no then you must know that if you want you achieve something big then u have to take care of your employee. If company cant make them happy then you won't be happy ever. HR and Management only know how to save money Project manager is making fool to the ceo by doing their personal projects with their two superstar and somehow company knows but nothing to do with it. CEO never to came to talk to us, he never tried to know by their employees what is actually going here. No one trust sourcefuse.

Thank you for your feedback. Giving an opinion on Glassdoor is certainly your prerogative, however; it only highlights an issue and does not help find a solution to it. For helping people give open and candid feedback we have platforms such as management listens, we would encourage you to use it to put forth your views and hope that you would be satisfied with the solution put forth. As for asking people to leave, your numbers seem to be incorrect, we do not ask people to leave randomly, it is only done in case the person is a non performer, we believe in a culture of high performance driving excellence, if someone cannot fit into this culture, he/she would certainly do better in another place. Please do address your concerns internally too so that the Management, with whom you seem to be dissatisfied, may be able to address your concerns.

Immature management and nothing professional about the company. Women show, no job security, if you want to ruin your career, just go ahead and join. Unjust and arbitrary action, no reason. Nothing to learn.
