No pros or hope with current set of leaders. The company was lead by awesome leaders till mid 2021 and now all of them have quit or being removed

Managent changed in 2021 and the new set of leaders are bureaucrats, biased and Inhuman and ironically the company's core value has humanness included. A managent that hires their own folks via recommendation and then fires folks who have worked with loyalty and stood by the company in their growing years, pandemic high volumes, crazy ramp ups and the resignation wave. The management also did not take a mini second to break written commitments and promises. HR is even worse as they will not even bother to investigate a retaliation complaint made officially by an employee with facts and documentation. Unless you come from a particular recommendation or are great with buttering skill, do not waste your career with this company. I lost my precious 3 years in my career that was thriving when i joined till this new management took over. Clearly the new senior management of mortgage operation is gender biased as they managed to lay off 5-6 experienced and talented female leaders in the name of industry situation. Their poor strategy to show margins is lay off onshore leaders as though folks onshore are not humans. Number of VPs, Directors and associate directors who are still holding jobs have no roll ups to justify their position except that they are offshore! They also uproot folks from one place to another and then lay them off with no consideration to the disruption they are causing.
