Cons

Poor pay. Abssolute favoritism. Many case managers stealing time. Doing illegal and immoral things. All being permitted.

Pros

Good team setting with frequent meetings. I had a good supervisor who supported me.

Cons

LGBTQ+ issues were ignored despite offers for training. I was paid $2 less than a male coworker who was less qualified and started after me. Lied for three years and said I was salary but was informed I was hourly after they realized it would be ILLEGAL to pay me that little for a salary employee. I had to retroactively figure out all overtime I worked for those three years in order to be paid adaquetly. This was only discovered AFTER I complained about pay inequality and told it was "comparing apples to oranges". My supervisor and male coworker were on my side but couldn't do anything. This place will steal your labor and just wait for you to quit.
