7yThank you for sharing your experience here! Our HR continually reviews our benefits package to give the best to our employees, and 401(k) matching is currently at 5%.
We are constantly meeting and brainstorming ways to decrease the stress associated with some positions. Number of employees working overtime has decreased over the years, and we are always striving for improvements.
