Pros
Work is challenging but rewarding. There is bonus given according to performance at the end of the year to reward the effort. Also, classes / seminars offered to employees for training & development. You’re let out early on Fridays during summer. Great benefits that are made to serve employees. Since I have been in Southpole, there has been a lot of changes and many areas have improved. Good peer relationships and a decent work-life balance. Often times I feel that the company do take care of its employees with appreciation.
Cons
Few managers have passion for work that come off in the wrong way, such as yelling. However, this is understandable due to being strong-willed and supervisors' training is conducted for better management . It will help you grow in many ways.
