      Worst company to work with pathetic management

      Pros

      Except the product of the Company there is nothing positive about the company. Highly incompetent company treats employees like servants

      Cons

      - No work life balance - No Job security - Incompetent people to work with - Politicians all around - Managers(Testing) especially have no knowledge & are there only to find issues in employees but not the product - You are targeted if your opinion does not mathces with Managers - Generally employees have to stay back late & most of the times have to come to office on weekends not only Saturday but Sunday also

      Pros

      Good learning experience, work in latest technologies, timely releases which gives a good work life balance. Lot of things to learn as individual in the company.

      Cons

      More transparency in policies is required, process of delivery needs a bit improvement though company is trying better and better by experience.
