      Great coworkers, but high turnover culture

      Pros

      Great people at the worker level.

      Cons

      Lack of a culture. Mainly empty offices except for manufacturing. High turnover of leaders and key roles. They come and go. Remote location.

      Coworkers are kind and exhibit solid teamwork. Compensation (in some areas) is decent.

      Cons

      President/CEO changes frequently. Leadership choices have led to operational inefficiencies and increased burdens on frontline employees. Compensation often unbalanced.

      Pros

      Co-workers have a great sense of comradery. Location is in gorgeous mountains. Benefits have held cost for a few years now.

      Cons

      Poorly managed with a lot of management turn around. They've been off shoring positions to India, engineering, supply chain, and support positions. Lots of chaotic activity due to old tools, management shifting priorities.
