Management is very absent and out of touch with improving the overall health of the company. Lots of favoritism which creates a hostile environment and a very high turn over rate in the office. Highly chaotic operational changes with no one stepping in to act as a leader.
Senior agents seem pretty burnt out and very negative to be around and there’s no support for helping new agents be successful or develop their career. Training was a few days of rushing through PowerPoint slides, nothing groundbreaking.
The software developed by the company needs some serious overhaul to actually work as promoted. Would help to hire someone doing training that actually cares about helping you learn the system instead of breezing through slides.
