Pros
- colleagues are pretty much family, yes including the ceo - ceo will buy you drinks from time to time - no drama/office politics - benefits are in place, employee discounts, medicals, annual leaves etc etc - a good increment is guaranteed as long as you perform your duties - good flexibility in how you choose to work - you are empowered to make your own decisions (but you'll need to prove your credibility first, fair enough) - you'll have the opportunity to try and learn about different roles, which makes life pretty interesting and will be a great boost to your skillset - there's company events every 2-3 months, BBQ, badminton, karaoke etc - it's like a blend of google's work culture alongside a startup mindset with friendly people
Cons
- things will get hectic from time to time, especially during peak season - office HQ can be far for those who live in the west - there's still room for improvement on work life balance
