I joined as a fresher in MCS Solutions 2 years back. It was a good opportunity which I had taken up. My team leader and seniors helped me a lot to excel my skills, to listen to my ideas and help me grow. MCS Solutions is the one of best company for its product (integrated software for Facility management, Work place management and Real estate management). It is one of the best place for freshers for Learning. There is a lot of scope to learning new skills and technology. Friendly Environment with very supporting manager and fun loving colleagues. Flexible working hours. Good work life Balance. MCS Solutions is small company but it’s in growing stage, multiple opportunity (SAP, Development, Support) are coming which is helpful for the career Growth of employee and company as well.

I have been following reviews on MCS and almost everyone has cursed the company like anything by saying no cafeteria, no job security, no good management, no 'listeners' in the company etc....i just want to ask few simple questions to each one of them...what did u give back to the company? Have you improved any new skills on your own apart from your regular skills to help company grow together with you? Have you proposed any innovative ideas to the management (as management is quite a good listener if you come up with good ideas)? I really doubt.. One thing is clear that no company is built up with 100% processes driven and 100% efficient in providing all amenities to you. go sit at home if you need good amenities...god damn you came to work place and not to a restaurant or any recreation center... Finally, i strongly object all the allegations given by whom so ever saying these. Yes i agree there are challenges when an up coming company is growing and people should feel responsible to contribute towards company for growing. If you can't go join Infosys, google, microsoft etc where you tend to get everything there including less recognition...
