      Family run business making classic mistakes

      Pros

      Perhaps a decent job if you are local and have limited choices.

      Cons

      This is a family -Only led operation with 2 classes of employee...family and not family. Don't let the leadership names fool you. The founder continues to stall growth, create quality issues (few repeat customers) by installing his kids in leadership roles for which they are unprepared. Basic business standards of behavior are lacking, such as communication, honesty and planning. Vendors beware...finances are a shambles.

      Pros

      The work itself is interesting. I used to love my co-workers but most of them have been laid off or have quit.

      Cons

      The CEO doesn't know what she is doing. The managers and supervisors are lazy and useless. Staff checks bounce all the time. The building leaks when it rains. Asbestos and black mold all over the building. No breaks, scheduling is not flexible, no life outside of work and benefits are the worst I have ever had.
