Pros

Coworkers are good people PTO End of year Christmas party

Cons

Management micromanages you like if you are a baby. They even have signs on girls restroom on which stalls departments can use. Crazy No raises until your eval date, even if you they give you more work or promotion No room for growth, unless the manager quits and you happen to be next No adjustment to minimum wage rising No 401k, health is ok Cameras installed and they make you feel like they are always watching you, manager has told me they even sometimes go through the computers and your Skypes. They make you feel bad for taking sick time and VERY strict on PTO. Just terrible company with terrible culture, bossy & rude accounting department, terrible pay. People are always leaving this company and it doesn't bother HR or CEO. They prefer to get someone else than give raises or just listen to opinions.

Pros

Some of the managers are respectful and considerate.

Cons

Terrible management. Big-brother type regime going on with cameras watching you 24/7. Terrible pay, no room for growth, mediocre benefits, no 401K. Our highest % of anything is the turnover rate. Accounting department rules the company instead of the CEO.
