Great bunch of people to work with, the work atmosphere is conducive. The engineers are a motivated set of people always ready to help others out.

Cons

The compensation could have been better, even though I was an Intern I have worked at other companies where the pay is much much higher.

Thank you for participating in Spectra Logic's intern program. Spectra's internships pay is above the industry average and you do work on significant projects that have an impact (making copies and getting coffee is not on the list). We have started a year round internship for C/S and engineering students. We found that by the time many interns that work on code get up to speed the internship is almost over.
