Pros
Atmosphere is relatively low-key, so if you have no ambition, it's a great place to park yourself and cruise until retirement. Benefits are OK. The CEO isn't rude. It's literally "not the worst place to work".
Cons
Little opportunity for advancement. Low pay. Corporate structure means that there's always and excuse as to why something can't get done. Want a bigger raise? Sorry - non-negotiable, it's a corporate rule. Management is a joke, and some managers are either about to retire and don't care, or everyone avoids them because they are mean and unhelpful. Benefits are only OK. No chance of working from home, which is somewhat understandable, as the company is primarily manufacturing, but even engineers don't have the option.
