=>All the Employees are young,energetic with good knowledge and experience but no one gets any opportunity to work on the new things. =>If you are a workaholic and don't want to spend some time with your family,friends and all you are welcome to work here. =>If you think office is your home then this company is for you only.

Cons

=>If you are leaving on time from office that means you are leaving early and you don't have any work. => Whatever the talent you have you will not get any chance to express. =>India HR behaves like boss of the company. =>No action will be taken for your concerns.

good if you are a workaholic only. good salary

Cons

everything.. employees are treated as machines, which can be switched on and off. You can not speak/think different from your manager. your voice is put down the moment you start to speak. They literally say"why are you thinking too much". Pathetic office infra.. you do not even have proper toilets and sitting space.

> Highlighted guy in all prior reviews is knowledge bank and look for employees to solve the riddle of changes or surrender. > Good place to work but as they say -'All work and no play makes Jack a dull guy' find perfect place here. > Really good set of employees who work like a family to help grow the organization hoping of a hopeless hope. > You always get a verbal feel of getting paid premium but you are not.

Cons

> Management delaying Appraisals/hike with an intention that if these 80% will get hike,they will look for job in outside world and how 80:20 rule will sustain. Holding back appraisals seems like a retention plan for the bosses but this will surely backfire. > Making those 80% employees feel like beggers with no transparency and a fear/panic of hike cut on every activity. > Reason for delay - Awaiting as if paying in $s.
