      Great place to work! I was very encouraged to grow here by Leadership. They treated me well!

      Flexibility in work environment depending on level.

      Cons

      Leadership is conflicted at the senior level. Multiple CEO’s for a business is never good. This work environment is stuck in the 1980’s sadly and refuses to emerge. Consider yourself lucky if you opt landing with a different financial service firm.
