      Working flexibility. Core pharma company, Hands on experience to end to end activities. Transparency in salary structure. Global exposure. Direct contact to higher management available. NASDAQ listed company.

      Few marketed drugs. Few are in pipeline.

      Pros

      They have some nice little products. Few good minds were there but they must be all gone by now. Except these I could see nothing positive.

      Cons

      High NEPOTISM, Toxic environment, Low IQ Vice Presidents, High Micromanagement, Low Pay, Extreme Politics, Employees are never heard. Anyone working here for more than an year finds it difficult to get a job outside. It took me 3 months of convincing to my new employer. if you dont trust me then do your homework and Google it all.
