They try to convince you to be a team player and to go above and beyond but that only benefits the company. You won’t be promoted or be given any recognition for it.
Cons
Management has no new and fresh ideas so they take their employee’s and call them theirs. Owners have no clue how incompetent their managers are, just as an example. Most employees have walked out of the jobs even after years of working there.
