      Pros

      Training was horrible, office culture is boring.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is normal for the industry. Compensation is only 50% of the average salary other companies would pay for this position. The sales-incentive program is a rip-off. Benefits are good.

      Nice teams to work with.

      Cons

      - salary range is below average. Most employees need to stay overtime to meet living standard. - no new business in the past few years. Sales teams are useless. - Manager who responsible on business development not doing right jobs during office hours. Washing on his car, step out shopping his personal stuff, and playing badminton is his strengths. - no opportunity for growth.

      There is not much, except a paycheck. Another pro is I will find anything better. I guess it could be worst, but not really sure how.

      How do they even stay in business? I think they have a hard time hiring anyone good, or can get them to stay.
