I genuinely feel like I'm in the right place at Spendbase. I've grown and developed quickly here, and what makes it even better is that the growth has been in the directions I'm actually passionate about. The product is strong, and the team is absolutely incredible to work with. I sometimes get to come into the Kyiv office, and the atmosphere there is just top. I'm super happy to be part of this company.

Cons

It's a little sad that the team is spread out, but we have both online and in-person team-building whenever possible, so it all works out well.

Like everywhere you can find some decent people here or there

Place is super chaotic, you get assigned on different projects every week each project is a cone man job which gets invented by CEO, CTO has no say and just agrees to everything - Forced to use time tracking tool on private device - Zero respect to working hours, constant overtimes - No project management or work process organization - Abuse of AI tools leads to really bad code quality - Salary is below market
