Pros
Some coworkers are amicable and great to work with. Unfortunately, they represent a very small subset of the company.
Cons
Spendgo has no growth and the company is going nowhere. The CEO is incredibly arrogant and has no idea how to run a company. He is young, very inexperienced and hasn't taken the company anywhere in the past 10+ years. Revenue growth is pitiful and so are the salaries and benefits offered at the company. Engineering is offshored to save on costs and the tech stack is outdated. No work/life balance. Expect to work at all hours of the day. This company should be avoided at all costs!
