      Colleagues are helpful but innocent.

      Cons

      Very poor management. CXO team is full of inexperienced leaders. Ex-CPO has favourites and comes up with worst ideas to implement. Layoffs and forced resignation is common.

      There are highly skilled and very smart team members to work with. The work culture is something at its best. The founders are highly dedicated to building the best product and taking care of their employees' needs.
