Management will offer all the facility & enough time to self learn & implement new technology. We can get some healthcare domain knowledge. Everyone knows technical, even CEO & MD will sit with you to write & improve the code.
Cons
Some delay in HR work, like providing PF, Form16.

Pros
Learning curve is great. You'll interact with clients and lot of other people that you'll be really good at managing people.
Cons
Salaries never paid on time. Dues can accumulate for up to 3 months. Employees are not treated equally. Employees are not respected. People can be fired at any time, without prior notice.
