      Solid PTO and capable coworkers, but unclear direction

      Pros

      PTO benefits were solid. Many of the non-executive hires are highly capable and easy to work with.

      Cons

      There appears to be a lack of clear direction at the organizational level, with a primary focus on short-term financial outcomes. Office spaces are largely underutilized and not well maintained. There is also a noticeable disconnect between leadership flexibility and expectations placed on newer employees regarding in-office presence. Overall morale seems to be impacted.

      - Leadership stuck in firefighting mode - Confused priorities - No planning aside from the problem at hand, - No vision or focus - Understaffed ICs and overstaffed management

      Pros

      There are still a few dedicated people trying to do good work despite challenging conditions.

      Cons

      Over time, weak leadership and poor decision-making have driven away many of the strongest contributors. As a result, institutional knowledge has eroded and standards have slipped. The culture can feel demoralizing, with limited accountability and little incentive for excellence. If you care about working with high-caliber colleagues and thoughtful leadership, this may not be the right environment.
