Pros

There are good people to work with whom you can continue friendships with.

Cons

Huge lack of progression and financial dissatisfaction - this can be a demotivating factor for individuals who seek career growth and development. The annual review process is managed terribly. Every year it is delayed by several months and the salary increase is not satisfying, just about match the national inflation rate. Lack of recognition for the employee's efforts. The company's approach to accountability was also problematic, as minor human errors were penalised heavily by senior managers. This can create a stressful work environment and lead to employees feeling undervalued, especially when the character and attitude of the employee is known to be positive and honest. There is a culture of unfair treatment of staff in comparison to other members of the company, e.g an exit interview was not arranged despite resigning correctly. This is a missed opportunity for to receive feedback and improve upon the company's practices and culture. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I as a former employee can report that certain managers at Spitfire network services acted unprofessionally when the I had rightfully challenged an allegation for disciplinary action. This behavior is unacceptable and can create a hostile work environment for employees who feel they are being unfairly targeted. It is important for companies to have a fair and transparent process for addressing disciplinary issues and for managers to maintain a professional demeanor when handling such matters. Any behavior that deviates from this standard can create a culture of fear and mistrust within the company. Prospective employees should take note of this behavior and assess the company's approach to addressing disciplinary issues before accepting a job offer at Spitfire Network Services.

Pros

- Work with good and friendly people. - Good place to develop skills and get some experience

Cons

This company is very old-fashioned. There are little to no benefits/perks that aren't mandated by law. Company processes and internal CRM are so old and outdated and the company is so change-averse that any hope of updating is dead on arrival. There's no clear path to career development. Weird relationship between middle-management and upper management that makes for a stressful work environment. It is a company that asks employees to go above and beyond even though policies and management treat employee satisfaction as unimportant.
