Pros

Scotts are a good group of guys to work for, despite their reputation. Decent amount of freedom to get what you want done, just no guarantee on the time it takes to happen. Very friendly staff of managers and employees.

Cons

Pay is garbage when you consider the minimum hours a week is 45, and average is about 50 or so. During busy season its 55-60 hours a week, with no pay increase to reflect it.
