Pros
- some good people to work with - good ASX listed name to put on resume (until they get swallowed by downer)
Cons
- lack of communication from senior management - lack of recognition for good work , management tends to only react when things go wrong. - very minimum if not zero training - management plays favourism is the norm which results in putting the wrong people in the projects. - Bullying can stay silent. I have seen people in tears. - some people from head office can be rude to their colleagues. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unreal but people learn to live with it after a while - hR is a joke, led by a bully who is incapable of running proper staff review process. - lack of integration between different departments. Nobody is responsible for anything.
