Pros

Convenient commute and free transit benefits.

Cons

I felt that some feedback was delivered in a way that was uncomfortable and made me feel singled out in front of the group. Constructive feedback is important, but I believe it is more effective when it is provided in a respectful and supportive way

Pros

The individual team members are great people and supportive colleagues to work with.

Cons

Low Pay & Few Benefits: Compensation is well below the Vancouver market average. Benefits have been cut down to the bare legal minimum. Unpaid Overtime: There is a heavy expectation to work significant overtime, which is entirely uncompensated. Job Insecurity: Frequent, large-scale layoffs create a highly unstable, stressful, and toxic environment.

Pros

The company offers a fantastic working environment with a fast-paced, highly motivating energy. The team is full of great people, and hard work is consistently recognized. It’s an excellent place to continuously build and develop your professional skills.

Cons

The fast-paced atmosphere means there is constant pressure to meet performance metrics. At times, these targets can feel overly demanding.
