Pros
The employees and managers are excellent! They honestly want to help and provide support to their employees so they can succeed. They practice open book management and you can talk to them at any time about bright ideas or any issues you have. Relaxed and fun environment! They provide incentives to motivate and encourage everyone.
Cons
One challenge is it can be fast paced if you don't like that. Another challenge is dealing with difficult customers, but that is expected working in the customer service field.
