The business is growing so much the room for advancement is a wide open door. Great pay, great health insurance benefits, and great people. They are working hard in creating a fun, hard working, family culture and putting diversity and inclusion at the top of that culture vision. They are putting quality at the forefront of their plan to better the company and it needed it so much!
Cons
A lot of work to be done. Work life balance can become a blurry line. Some of the leadership are not pulling their own weight which is holding back a lot of progress and creating harder jobs for others. Opportunity to grow and be the best is being lost in the leadership that can't keep up in the positions they hold

- You'll get tons of experience in a short amount of time - Hard working co-workers - Passionate co-founders - Free catered lunch everyday - Competitive pay

- Some of the managers have questionable abilities and experience - Sometimes challenging to work and communicate with cross functional teams (even within teams) - Not a lot of support for the design team - Hard to meet co-workers when everyone is so immersed in their work/teams - Work/Life balance can be a bit of a challenge

I haven't felt compelled to write a raving review for any of my past employers - but Teespring definitely deserves this recognition. - The people you work with are just amazing. So, so friendly and encouraging. I got hired during COVID, so I haven't got to meet anyone in person, but the collaborative spirit and open-ness of everyone has made it feel like I've known them for ages. Such a fun and empathetic bunch of folks. - Leadership is big on transparency! Weekly all-hands is great to hear communication from all aspects of the business. Also big on peer recognition with fun shout-outs! It feels great to know that your work is making an impact, and to be confident about your role in the business. Great morale booster to have a consistent platform to be able to thank someone. - Great work/life balance, but while pushing you to do your best & learning a ton.
Cons
- Not much really! Quite happy here.
