      Pros

      Flexible schedule for part-time or contract employees, working with amazing clients and coworkers, team support, driven to learn and provide excellent ABA services with dignity, respect and care.

      Cons

      Full-time scheduling has less flexibility. Multi-tasking taking data, implementing treatment plans as written or correctly intervening in negative behaviors can be challenging when first starting out, but it does get easier.

      They literally don't pay you for the hours you work and if you bring it up they will lock you out of your accounts and lie to your clients

      Cons

      It's all cons, don't work here.
