Consider that the average person spends 1/3rd of their life at work and ultimately, with their coworkers. Springbot makes this rather enjoyable as everyone is friendly, oftentimes forming friendships outside of just our business relationships. I really can't think of anything I would consider a true "Con" of working here. Sure, construction to the building is annoying sometimes. But that doesn't actually have anything to do with the company, culture, or roles...
