fun and energetic team. Opportunity to help new and growing companies expand their reach through marketing and engaging activations

Cons

Rapid acquisition of new clients while working to build an internal structure is not sustainable.

Great teams, not so great upper management

Pros

The individual people on the teams are generally really good at what they do. Most at the Director level are also really good.

Cons

There are some individual people that are more liked and connected to management, and even if/when they blow up teams and projects, nothing seems to happen. Management above director level are often over their heads, dont fully understand their own jobs, and just play goofy games to try and look like they're contributing. There is a clic vibe...stay on the right side and you're ok, but once you're out, you're out. Sometimes people just disappear and there's little to no communication on why. It can be a very childish environment. They talk a good game and you feel good for a while, but once that wears off, the many flaws are amplified.
