Pros
They basically leave you alone and don't bother you. People would smoke weed behind the house where the residents live. They make you handle money and keep track of what the house needs. One time they miscounted the money at the end of the month and couldn't find cash they gave me that I returned. For a week they made me feel like i was a suspect in a $20 theft case but then they realized it was a miscount but didn't even bother to tell me until I brought it up. If you want a job where the lives of others are in your hands and you don't get paid a lot, then this is the job for you.
Cons
You get mandated over time sometimes and sometimes they forget to pay you and you have to wait another 2 week pay period to get paid.
