Pros

-Salary is release on 27th of each month. -Good location - Magarpatta city.

Cons

- Illiterate and unprofessional Managers. - A lot of Micro-management especially in ECM team. - The focus is on how well you do buttering with managers rather than delivering works. - 3 months non-negotiable notice period in which you will be tortured each day they won't release you early even in case of no work or projects. - Managers deny WFH frequently they approved in very very rear cases.

Pros

1. Pay is good. It's on higher side. 2. Work is good if u get development work.

Cons

1. startup company so no job security. 2. Environment is like a jail. 3. Call center oriented culture; doesn't look like software firm 4. Poor management. They don't know how to operate software firm 5. Very high iteration rate. People leave company so frequently. 6. The positive comments you see; are made by Crest senior management itself. So don't rely on it. Please talk to ex-employee/employee to get correct picture. 7. Chose it as last option.

Pros

- good for people with bad marks in school/college and don't have any other option

Cons

- the only way they are growing is by being cheap. Making profits by saving money on pen, pencil, notebook and stationary and sucking the life of employees - disciplinary action taken against employees if they don't follow rules. - they try to emotionally blackmail you when you are unhappy and want to quit just like a jealous boyfriend. - they seniors there treat employees as low level slaves and make fun of them in front of their european bosses calling us cheap labor. -cafeteria food will reduce lifespan by 20% - cannot use cell phone - have to ask permission for breaks
