Springfree Trampoline has a lot of work to do on there company and how they treat there staff. I worked with Springfree for nearly 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of my life. You are constantly bullied and put down, they only ever focus on the negatives and not the positives. They seem to not appreciate the amount effort that there staff put in. Customer care were constantly abused by customers over the phone because Springfree were stuffing around customers by not having frames in stock for warranties. They would convince the customer to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new trampoline and they would throw in some freebies. Springfree Trampoline have no respect or appreciation for the staff that work there butts off for the company. In the time I was at Springfree I witnessed over 30 staff come and leave, and staff where WALKED OUT because the BIG HEAD HONCHO didn't like them. DISGUSTING!!!

Pros

For the first 3 years of working for Springfree Australia it was a positive environment, we cared for our customers and for what we were trying to achieve as a business. It was like working for a family and you were made to feel part of the family always doing the right thing for staff and customers. That all changed when the CEO made some bad choices.

Cons

Toxic environment from higher management, Narcissistic Leadership. Unscrupulous and poor business ethics. Springfree Australia no longer care for their employees or their customers, this is shown by extremely high staff turnover and poor sales. Continued customer complaints and poor service.
