Pros

Only positive strength observed included complete independence to operate. Likely this "hands off" management style is a guilt/shame response to poor working conditions. (like they are throwing you a bone for barely surviving the horrible work experience).

Cons

Non-clinical leadership with poor communication skills and judgement (completely disconnected from the work they supervise). Negative organizational culture centered around profits; not client or clinician needs. No electronic health record (not because they can't afford it but because leadership is motivated to protect their profit margin) Inhumane business practices and manipulative tactics observed by this clinician. Minimal supplies provided for therapy or office administration. Management attempts to pull clinicians out of their work description to cover different groups or different locations and on Saturday's. Flighty judgement observed overall with leadership. Expressed expectation that clinicians work 55 hours per week with no flexibility Conflict-centric culture of considerable turnover and burnout rates. Culture of fear and anxiety. Rumors spread about people being fired for speaking their mind about unsustainable business practices. Capitalism at its objective worst; supporting inequality and unnecessary opulence on the patients dime. Poor ability to collaborate or manage workers' health crises has been observed. Disingenuous culture of falsely positive communications enforced by leadership. Leadership often compares team progress to other corporate branches in attempts to shame clinicians into greater work ethic. Stretches clinicians into too many roles, family therapist/group therapist/crisis management responder/case management/office administrator due to either their inability to hire clinicians to cover programming needs or cost cutting. Poor supervision for licensing needs, often not provided at all.
