Co-workers are great and very helpful, everyone is on the same team, works hard and ready to jump in when needed. The CEO has a good vision for the company and is transparent. The 4 day work week was nice but will be going away.

Cons

The COO has no understanding of leadership and clearly has zero experience managing people. He is ruining our company culture and is out of control. He is making us all miserable, numbers aren't changing by yelling at everyone everyday. The leaders under him have no choice but to just take it everyday. It become a toxic workplace because of one person.

Constant Engineering turnover Engineering is not understood, web applications are unstable with constant bugs and downtime Working Monday-Saturday the week of mandatory in person summits (6 days/week rather than 4) Deadlines that are unreasonable, inflexible and not dictated by engineers Unpredictable schedule, I was promised a 4 days work week and almost no one works only 4 days/week. The culture presented on the website is not the culture I experienced. None of the employees I spoke to that were let go got any severance (about half the company was let go, some very soon after they were hired).
