Great things ahead if they do otherwise....
The original people - before the merge. Sqad is the merger of two different companies - Sqad and Mediatools. The original people who worked at Sqad and the original people who worked at Mediatools were all very smart and very dedicated.
Cons
After the merger, the previous owner of Sqad and the rounder of Mediatools were forcibly pushed out of the company. People who know nothing about software were either hired or promoted and they quickly and significantly watered down the integrity and intelligence of the company.
