Pros

1. Office looks great from the outside — perfect for Instagram stories. 2. You’ll learn what not to do as an organization. 3. Exposure to chaos can really build your patience and people-reading skills. 4. You’ll get to witness some creative PR stunts up close. 5. If you’re into politics, this is your playground. 6. Great place to test your emotional endurance and professionalism. 7. You’ll understand the true meaning of “optics over ethics.” 8. A crash course in surviving without systems or structure. 9. You’ll never take a healthy work culture for granted again. 10. The brand loves publicity — so you’ll always be part of some show, if not growth.

Cons

1. Leadership lacks direction and maturity — decisions change with moods, not logic. 2. No defined HR, finance, or operational structure; everything runs on impulse. 3. Favouritism and politics outweigh performance and capability. 4. Zero accountability at the top; blame always flows downward. 5. Feedback is neither welcomed nor respected — especially if it challenges the narrative. 6. Policies exist only on paper; implementation depends on who you are. 7. Poor work-life balance — employees are expected to adjust to chaos. 8. Constant instability and lack of communication create a stressful environment. 9. High attrition rate speaks louder than their PR campaigns. 10. The company invests more in image-building than in its people. 11. If you enjoy surprises, this place offers one every morning — mostly unpleasant. 12. Be prepared to say “Sir” and “Ma’am” more than you say your own name — it’s the only way to survive.

Pros

The health insurance/dental/vision benefits are top tier. Probably the best. Leads are easy to talk to and employee resources are easy to find when you need them, everyone is very helpful to point you in the right direction when you’re lost Paid holidays/extra pay on holidays Inclusive to lgbt+ culture, understanding of disabilities that might need accommodation Bi-annual reviews with potential for a raise or promotion Reimbursement for internet/electricity bills Completely remote 401k

Cons

0 work/life balance if you are in a customer-facing role. This job will consume your entire life. You are forced to change your schedule every 4 months - including having to work on weekends. The accrual rate for sick days is completely unreasonable. Teams that aren’t customer-facing can take pto whenever they want, and they get all the holidays off - but the rest of us have to ask at least 2 weeks in advance and there’s many days we are not allowed to ask for off. We are not guaranteed any holidays off. This job is not ideal if you have a family that you’d like to spend time with. The workload keeps getting piled higher and higher while the pay stays the same.
