Pros

Maybe a decent salary and could be a convinient location

Cons

A company that is fail to plan and is planning to fail, with only less than 50 employees but the upper management is full of politics which caused impossible schedule for engineers and the team and only knows how to further pressure the team than reflecting. Further the upper management doesn't have the correct mindset in talent management, access employee with relationship rather than his ability. and its trigger happy on firing employees that bringing up potential from its employee. Finally, this company doesn't follow any correct engineering practice, they will deploy a product before properly testing its abilty and margins, where it is risking lifes that can be caused by any malfunction in the construction industry

Pros

Work Location is quite okay

Cons

Ongoing Wage Arrears: The company is currently failing to pay salaries on time, leading to ongoing wage arrears. Labour Department has come to the door. Poor Management: The management is ineffective, leading to a lack of clear communication and direction. Unfair Termination Practices: The company has a practice of terminating staff without adequate notice or reason. Inadequate Compensation: Upon termination, staff are given the choice between a reference letter or a one-month notice fee, neither of which adequately compensates for the sudden job loss. Lack of Employee Respect: These practices indicate a lack of respect for employees and their rights, creating a hostile work environment.

Pros

Work 9-6, no need OT Most colleagues are friendly Free snacks, drinks, coffee and tea

Cons

There is a very horrible co-founder come from black holes, he has costed 95% employees to leave, causing a high turnover rate. He failed in managing the Hong Kong business, disgusted by the major Hong Kong and Singapore investors, and caused troubles in Mainland, yet he is still in his position supported by the founder and the CEO. He always surprises you because he is not thinking like a human. Some examples like he thinks investors will invest just by showing a Tik Tok video taken by a colleague introducing the office; or he thinks the product will be nice just by wrapping it with bubble wrap and tape printed with the brand logo, a wooden box or gift box is not needed; plus, he says that he would like to ship the machine (500kg+, volumetric weight even higher) oversea by air and he reassumes that the logistics cost will be very minimal, He even brings 2 'brothers' to join the management in order to make his gang larger, yet 1 is an idiot, the other is too greedy now squeezing him out. Yet trust me, he is still here influencing the operation. Don't join. The company itself has very little business, not enough to sustain daily operational cost, the company relies solely on investor's money. The self-invented products do not work but the management will tell customers it has AI and will do all things automatically (in fact is all controlled by operator and most of the time the product stuck, even operator cannot control). The management over-exaggerate all situations - sell the customers to buy something they think of, not even in the new product development plan; just an oversea enquiry and the management will tell all that they have a collaboration with the royal family of that country and they have orders received. The company runs by management's hopes. They think it is 5-year time and it is time to be listed, then they will tell you they will be listed soon. They never think if the company has grounds to be listed. And there are ~70 employees with 10 Chief xxx Officers (15%). Every decisions needed to be passed in meeting with these 10 C-whatever-O, efficiency is ultra-low. And these 10 CXO has politics among, making the efficiency even lower.
