A lot This space area is not sufficient to fill the details. Top management thinks that they are really running a company but in short they are running a coaching institute where we have to pay 1 Lacs and guess what they will not give training also. If you ask about salary they will tell we will not give you those who want to leave they can leave. past 4 months salary is due and after 4 months they will give only 1 month salary. Worst part is the management they actually don't know how to speak with an employee. really they torture to their employees.They will send you to client place and they will react to you like you are no more an employee of @Srishti. They do not give PF, salary, final settlement people are having so many pending amount left in srishti more than lacs. Before joining please ask any of the employees of srishti they will brief you about the dramatic story of srishti which never ends. No process followed in company it is like a coaching center without training as they think they have purchased you since from the day1 @srishti. No Clients are available whatever comes @srishti within a month they will vanish as they are not able to provide support nor they are capable of doing any development. SUCCESS Rate of client is 0%--- if you don't believe then better go and ask the employees of srishti they will definitely guide you in this regard. Many good employees have left just because of the above mentioned reasons. They really don't bother who is coming and who is going? They told one day those who want to leave please leave 3-4 persons only (management people) can run the company. Attitude is too much to handle with. Current strength is only 50-55 hardly......
