Only one project. Not much options. Work / Life balance is bad due to ever changing software processes. Complicated Jira workflow with a dozen states and checklists for updating a simple ticket :-). Though I worked for more than an year, variable pay not provided by NIIT though approval provided by my Manager. HR is too slow to follow up on your concerns :-(. NIIT PF trust support officer may ask you to file a grievance if they don't want to answer a simple query regarding interest calculation :-(.

Huge opportunity to learn Tech before it reaches mass. Encouragement to try and implement your ideas. Flat hierarchy, everyone can have their say. In context of knowledge and experience, StackRoute gives you multi fold for what you invest in.
