      Pros

      There is no pro during the time I was there.

      Cons

      They have lack of internal control. The controller and assistant controller (Non CPA) do not review your work and provide feedback they will throw you under the bus. Their AP/AR employees recommended that I do not share any fixes or mistake with the two controllers. That is a clear sign of poor management.

      Pros

      Good people, great team members. Managers are mostly easy-going and there are opportunities for advancement. Benefits are great. Healthcare, 401k, etc. Company has periodic fun events and brings out the in-n-out truck pretty regularly, among other little things. Your coworkers are the best part though.

      Cons

      There is no shortage of work and things stay fast-paced most of the time. If you're into the product, you might find it a positive, but if you find the product boring, it gets old and repetitive fast.
