I've never worked with such an overwhelmingly positive, intelligent and encouraging group of colleagues in my entire professional career. It's a difficult balance to achieve this while not come off as cheesy, but Stacker seamlessly executes this with integrity and authenticity. Management leads by example and is extremely transparent in every facet of the company. Strong work life balance, and everyone is meant to feel like they belong, which is extremely valuable these days and truly special.

Stacker has been a universally positive experience for me, mostly due to the removal of negatives that are present in most other workplaces. Egos, politics, and general skullduggery are absent here, which is a huge breath of fresh air. Leadership is not only responsive but proactive in solutions to employee problems. Growth is occurring rapidly, but with shockingly few growing pains. While nothing is perfect, Stacker is nonetheless exceptional in its responses to employee issues and in its planning for the future. Exceptionally noteworthy is the quality of employees at Stacker. Everyone in this organization is not incredibly capable in their respective fields, but they're all genuinely kind and good people who look out for one another. From Day 1, I felt like I had nothing but genuine positive regard and support from my coworkers.
