      - A small team and an early stage company where you can have a huge impact - Collaborative and smart team that make work fun every day - A passionate community of users that keep you motivated - True flexible work hours and trust from your team

      Due to the schedule based nature of sports, sometimes you have to do troubleshooting at off hours

      - Building in a real interesting space + big potential! - Flexible, fun working environment with like-minded people - You get full autonomy on your projects and your team members trust you - Some unique cultures like anniversary sneakers, off-work bdays, monthly b-ball runs etc. - Big growth opportunities for your career

      Cons

      Given it's a startup, there's a lot going on and lots to do (which I get). The founding team seems to have great startup experience so they're doing their best to balance things out though!

      Pros

      The team is nimble, smart, and fun to be around. There is plenty of opportunity to lead impactful projects. Anyone with a good idea can voice it freely. Nothing is ever stagnant here. The product is always evolving to keep up with sports & pop culture trends, and the content is fresh. It's really gratifying to be building this product for a community that absolutely loves it.
