      Pros

      Plenty of freedom to work on equipment and expand learning.

      Cons

      Do not expect to be promoted or get a raise. There are a select group of people already at the top and they are the only ones that receive any kind of extra training or promotions. I was there for 3 years and did not ever see one employee not in "the group" receive a promotion or raise
