Pros

Work Life Balance & employee medical policy

Cons

There is ZERO Job security. You can get a mail one fine day and you will be asked to leave the organization that very day. The HR here is a joke and the company is insensitive to its own employees. After working and committing oneself to the bank, they will not even blink before cutting you off. Worst bank to work if you want job security. Highly recommended to find something other than stanchart, that you can pursue for long term. Also, the management is absolutely stupid, they make decisions before thinking of the consequences. Too much hiring and frequent change of processes is one of the most common features of the bank. This is obviously later justified by laying off people and cost cutting.
