      None. The leadership from the top down is setting the tone for this business to either be sold or close their doors. No urgency in solving problems at all.

      Cons

      In the 3rd quarter 2017, this company decided to change the sales reps bonus schedule and what resulted in $1000 under the 2nd quarter amounted to $100 in the 3rd quarter.
